Jamie B. D’Alessandro founded Windy Hill Property Ventures in 2005. He is involved in all facets of its business with particular emphasis on the company’s multifamily and mixed use properties. He was previously an investment sales broker with Cassidy Turley, most recently serving as an Executive Managing Director. Jamie graduated from Cornell University with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He resides in Menlo Park with his wife, Carey, and their three children.

Tod Spieker Jr. founded Windy Hill Property Ventures in 2005 and works in all aspects of the business shifting his attention between commercial and multifamily divisions. He was previously a commercial investment sales broker with Cornish & Carey NKF, most recently serving as a Senior Vice President. Tod graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Economics. He resides in Menlo Park with his wife, Diana, and their four children.

Michael W. Field founded the Commercial division of Windy Hill Property Ventures in 2013. He is involved in all aspects of the business and is specifically charged with the Commercial portfolio. He was previously at The Sobrato Organization where he was in charge of a commercial portfolio of 8 Million Square Feet of buildings and led the company’s diversification efforts with the acquisition of more than 21 Bay Area properties in excess of $550M of consideration. Prior to that Mike was a broker at Cornish and Carey Commercial. Mike graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a degree in Accounting. He resides in Los Altos with his wife, Mary, and their three children.
